Bess Fanning performs her new piece "Marriage 'N Family Train" on Friday, May 2 at IO West, 6366 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, CA at 8:00 PM.

Bess Fanning has booked a role on QUARTERLIFE, a web series produced by Marshall Herskovitz and Ed Zwick. She plays a neighbor to Dylan in their apartment complex, the mother of a handicapped girl named Jessica. The episode, titled "Home Sweet Home," should be airing soon on myspace.com/quarterlife and on www.quarterlife.com. Look for the series premiering on NBC on February 26, 2008.

Bess Fanning has joined the Write Club, a group of foxy women writers and one man writer! in Hollywood that makes monthly performances of their work at Improv Olympic West at 6366 Hollywood Blvd.

Bess has also been cast as Susie the nurse in a production of WIT, the Pulitzer Prize winning Drama of 1999, at the Repertory East Playhouse. Information is as follows:

And AN EXCELLENT CHOICE, a short film written, executive produced, and starring Bess Fanning, has added another film festival to its list of screenings. It showed in Providence, Rhode Island, at the 1st Annual RIIFF and MergingArts Short Short Story Film Festival on November 17th. Other festivals include Newport Beach and San Diego.
